Masri, our founder is fondly known as Gerg. He’s sporting a strong character, often very loud and known to have hidden talent as DJ (David Guetta should be worried) and like to spin new tunes in his free time. His experiences in sales and leadership become one of the holding pillars of TAMS Idea. He’s a vintage freak – and yes, he owns an old 80’s, Blue Mercedes. He’s acted like a father figure to all, making sure everyone feels appreciated.

M Ezzaidy is comfortably known as Along among other people. He’s a soft-spoken and kind-hearted person. Along is a business minded person who contributes his skills and passion in directing a masterpiece. He’s the only person who had a guitar in the office and looks like a rock star but actually he’s into soft sentimental genre of music. Don’t let that long hair fools you.

“Give me 10 young men and I will change the world. But give me 1 Aidil and I will change the universe”. - Sukarrno. Aidil is young and energetic leader who likes to smile a lot until you lost count. He started at this office completely green, carefully learning about leadership and understanding others character. On the other hand, he becomes the founder of Job Kartel; a company providing for people who are looking for a career and interview tips and it's been a huge success for him.

Hazwan is undoubtedly the most famous person inside the office because he holds all TAMS Idea cash. He’s very direct in communication and often likes to laugh on not-so-funny called jokes and make it awkward for everyone. As our Finance Manager, it is vital for him in making sure that TAMS Idea keep on flourishing for everyone.

Maton is a consummate dreamer and a hopeless romantic who comes with the territory. She’s a writer by profession and passion. She can converse in 4 languages which is Malay, English, Hindi and Italian. You might get immortalised as a character in her next piece. Over time, she learned to compose her own sonata and created different movements. She called them self-sufficiency, autonomy, freedom, and independence. Crazy over food, coffee, conversation and cats. She wished that one day she can teleport to anywhere that she wants. Probably to the Savannah first to hunt and sit for a smoked barbeque dinner with the lions

Danny started at TAMS Idea as an intern but he’s being absorbed into permanent family member forever because he sold his soul to the devil for life. Danny is a rare hybrid human because he can craft song lyrics, melody and even sing. He has a taste in Korean music and a fashion freak that would give stiff competition to Lady Gaga. He has a pair of sleepy eyes that give an impression of a good listener.

Alif earns the title Tony Stuck because of 2 reasons; he’s a massive fan of Ironman and his work required him to stuck his butt at the same spot for the whole freakin day. But he’s a dedicated man and Alif fell in love with videography since the tender age of 10. Unlike other adults who spend their weekend running or sleeping, he would wake up just to watch cartoons on the weekend. Battling an addiction as an online shopper and become horny whenever he heard of Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi, an authentic Malaysian cuisine.

People usually find it difficult to approach Wafaa because of her feisty facial expression but she’s actually soft-hearted. She’s basically a living proof of Yin & Yang on display at Chinese Jade Shop as she can be both introvert and extrovert at the same time. Those characteristics also lead her friend to nick named her Manggis or Manggoestein, a fruit that can be both sweet or sour at the same time. Wafaa really treasured her time alone and she appreciates even the smallest of gestures such as reminding her to buy cookies that she craved a week ago. If she’s not graphic designer she is today, she would probably becomes a Mathematic or Art teacher.

He’s able to bend things most people see as a straight line. Akmal has the ability to turn your imagination into reality because of his amazing drawing skills. As a kid, he like various kinds of anime that mould him to become an artist he is today. Despite being an illustrator, he finds time for nature especially hiking. An outdoor person with artistic talent, he gets the best of both worlds.

Amir is a man that would definitely stop immediately whenever he saw a Bundle cloth shop. He’s a nasi kandar lover and his favorite dish is rice with fried chicken and onions. All the food supplies in the office will never go to waste as long as he’s there. A hardworking business minded person who is basically can sell anything. With his skills in graphic designing and business, well that is some precious added value over there.

Daus graduated from Bachelor of Aerospace from University Putra Malaysia but turn out to be a copywriter. To make things even weirder and awkward, he was once a bodybuilder with six pack but as a minimalist, he opted to have one pax as for now. Daus is a massive fans of Malaysia Film legend, P. Ramlee. He became a copywriter because he wanted the world to be a better place and to prove his self worth to the world. The true alchemists do not change lead into gold; they change the world into words.

Nurudin or known as Dino is a flexible person who can change his skin like a chameleon. As a lifelong football and Chelsea FC fan, he defies the biological fact that blood is red in colour by claiming that he is blue. Dino admires the series Game of Thrones so much, he already planned to name his future daughter Khaleesi, Arya or Daenerys. He believes that in a path to become a good writer, today needs to be better than yesterday. The past is already written. The ink is dried.

Before her schedule becoming so hectic, Aini loves backpacking in her university days; earning her a nickname Dhira The Explorer. She defines herself as an artistic type of person and she appreciates delicate arts like crochets, that requires A to Z human made sacrifices. She’s not a typical woman because it is rare for her to carry a handbag or wear heels on any occasion. Occasionally, Aini loves to read thriller books. Instead of the smell of male cologne, it is the smell of new and old books that turns her on. Professionally, she believes that the more you learn, the better you improve.

Fatihah or Teha is an opportunist who will definitely maximize her cuteness to make things go her way. Probably the reason why she excels so well in doing sales for Ti10. Teha is multi-talented as she’s the only person with 2 positions within the company. When it comes to writing, she can write really well in both Malay and English. And she’s a food lover too. Can’t be specific on her favourite food because every day there will be different kinds of food ready at her desk.

Jannah is Snow White when it come to sales but quickly turned into hungry chinese ghost when she’s monitoring everyone schedule as a traffic controller. She’s forever grateful to God because He created noodles because she believes her life purpose is to eat all kinds of noodles available in this world. Jannah love her social media life and she’s love scrolling Instagram and Twitter and have a soft spot for yoga.

Munawwar is undeniably holding the throne of the highest rank personnel in term of beard and education. He graduated from Newcastle Upon Tyne University, the United Kingdom taking Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Major in Satellite Telecommunications. He once served as a support engineer in Ericsson telecommunication. He believes that commitment is the key to success and to trust the things you do. Success is looking at the right place to stay.
