THE TASK There were some tasks Narinar gave us and let’s start with a better establishment on social media. They wanted to see a clearer direction that we could give them on how to raise their visibility so that they could reach a wider audience. Not only that, they also wanted to enhance the look and feel of the brand. They also decided to collect a system-based database for customers, as well as an e-commerce platform to boost sales. Lastly, a growth hack strategy was also needed to attract more audience by using referral marketing.
WHAT WE DID We developed a campaign called ‘A Drop Of Love’ and the purpose of the campaign was to raise awareness on social media. We have also created the right look and feel for the brand that suits children and parents. We also synchronise the voice of social media with a new look and concept for brand packaging. A prospective database with a perennial approach has been compiled to provide them with a free ebook that provides parents guidance on better care of their children. Email marketing was also set up to ensure a consistent engagement between the brand and the audience.Â
ACHIEVEMENT
We’ve successfully built the brand on an online presence, and we’ve got more audience. We also ensured that we regularly carried out content marketing to ensure that the connection between the brand and audience is consistent, so that their customers are pleased and satisfied with the service offered by the brand. And no to forget, the evergreen srategy we’ve implementing to protect the database has also been a success.
