THE TASK Bandoru is an exciting project where we have been given a complete mission to conduct from scratch to build a new Brand Identity holistically. Then we needed to run a publicity campaign for the Grand Opening of Bandoru in Shah Alam, Selangor.
WHAT WE DID
We analyse that there was no ‘pre-loved’ brand that was brought into a boutique concept store, so we realised it was an opportunity to go further. We took care of brand contact, increased looks and made our customers see us as a bigger brand in Malaysia. Our tagline was ‘Better Than New’ for a campaign that takes the sense of the brand itself to be better in terms of purchasing experience and the brand itself.
ACHIEVEMENT
We’ve successfully built the brand on an online presence, and we’ve got more audience. We also ensured that we regularly carried out content marketing to ensure that the connection between the brand and audience is consistent, so that their customers are pleased and satisfied with the service offered by the brand. And no to forget, the evergreen srategy we’ve implementing to protect the database has also been a success.
